RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it - provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). Any label or tags should be intact.
RETURNS FROM DENMARK
In order to make a return from Denmark you can use our return portal by using the link below (keep your e-mail and order number ready before starting the return):
After filling out your e-mail, order number and reason for return, a shipping label will be sent directly to your e-mail. The price for the return label is 45 DKK which will be deducted from the amount we return for your items.
When completing a return you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is packaged responsibly. Our shipping bags are reusable and can be used again for returning items. Please be aware that old parcel labels must not be visible!
RETURNS FROM EU CONTRIES
For the following EU countries plus Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland we can offer an easy return by using our return portal:

After filling out your e-mail, order number and reason for return, a shipping label will be sent directly to your e-mail. The price for the return label is 9 EUR which will be deducted from the amount we return for your items.
Please note that max size of a return package is 60 cm long (and total of 90 cm in length + width + height). When completing a return you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is packaged responsibly. Our shipping bags are reusable and can be used again for returning items. Please be aware that old freight labels must not be visible!
And please be aware that the parcel is send as a maxi letter in case they need to know at the postoffice. And you will not receive any tracking information. If you prefer to send otherwise - just make sure to send directly to the address below. We can not receive returns delivered to parcel shops.
RETURNS FROM INTERNATIONAL
For the countries outside the EU (except the ones mentioned above) - you will be responsible for returning your order. You must enclose our return form which is included in your parcel - otherwise it is available for download here.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items to us. We strongly recommend that you keep the postage receipt as proof until your order is received. Returns must be send directly to our warehouse. We can not receive returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within normally 5-7 bank days - depending on the policy of your card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable so your refund will be deducted the shipping cost (if you paid any on your order).
We do not accept returns for DAWNxDARE products purchased other places than through our own webshop.
EXHANGES:
Unfortunately our system can not handle exchanges. If you want to exchange for another color og size, you have to return your order (as above) and then you have to place a new order in the right size and color.
