Yes, we ship across Denmark. Shipping costs 39 DKK and takes 2-4 business days. Orders over 699 DKK are shipped free of charge. Read more about shipping here.

Yes, we ship to most EU countries. Shipping costs 9 EUR and takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. All taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout. Read more about shipping here.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery time is usually 7–16 business days.

It depends on where you are. Orders within Europe usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International deliveries may take between 7 and 16 days. You will receive all delivery details in your confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Yes, if you live in the EU, all prices shown on our webshop include VAT. No additional tax or duties will be added at checkout.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. We do not pay any VAT or import duties in advance.

As the buyer, you are responsible for covering any local taxes or import charges required by your country's customs authorities. An invoice without VAT will be included with your shipment.

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your parcel to return your items. Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you are returning from a country outside the EU or from the UK, you are responsible for arranging your return. You must include the return form that came with your order (or download it here.

Please send the parcel directly to our warehouse address below. We cannot accept returns delivered to pickup points or parcel shops.

Use the original packaging if possible and make sure all old labels are removed.

Yes. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. The cost is:

• 45 DKK for returns from Denmark
• 9 EUR for returns from EU countries
• Outside EU/UK: you are responsible for return shipping

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable
• We do not refund original shipping costs (if paid at checkout)

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, please return your order as described above and place a new order in the correct size or color.

Limited Edition is our capsule of one-of-a-kind hand knits made entirely from leftover yarns. From leftover yarn to statement knit, each piece is shaped by availability, not trend - resulting in unique color stories and truly individual pieces.

Caring for your hand knit is about honouring the work behind it and helping it last. With the right care, it will stay soft, hold its shape and become a long-lasting favourite.

We recommend dry clean or hand wash on a gentle wool programme. Always dry flat, away from direct sunlight.

Our hand knits are crafted by a community of 90 women based in the hills of Tuscany. Some work from home, others from a shared workshop. All are connected through the same attention to detail and love for their craft.
